Happy Wednesday/hump day my loves ☺️ Feeling a tad sleepy and worn out after a day of uni, meetings and revising but still managed to get a fab cardio workout in this morn!! Started with 30 mins incline walk on the treadmill - I find this easy cos I just chuck on some YouTube vids, usually about 3 10 minutes ones, and the time flies by! This time of cardio is perfect for fat burn if that’s your aim!! Then I did too HIIT/abs circuits, one of them I filmed for you but ran out of time to film the other one! So if you fancy giving it a try, the circuit went as follows: CIRCUIT, 40 SECS PER EXERCISE, 4 ROUNDS: ⚡️Knee to elbow to hand to foot (swap legs halfway) ⚡️Alternating jump lunges (bloody hurt after leg day yesterday) ⚡️Cocoon crunch with plate on feet ⚡️Banded squat to burpee to 4 jump abductions Lemme know if you try it my loves!
