Amazing single arm dumbbell row variation here utilising horizontal band resistance. . I've been looking for ways to elicit growth in my upper back and I picked up this technique from the great @dr.joelseedman_ahp. Thanks for this muscle morsel Doc 🙏🏽 . Physical exertion aside, this is a mentally taxing exercise with so much focus on form and postural control. I'm only using a 20kg DB however the tug-of-war caused by the horizontal and vertical force vectors makes for incredible resistance. .
