I have a bad habit of extending my neck (looking up) when I do deadlifts 🙅🏻‍♂️☠️ It’s bad for your whole spine 😅 And this was my 4th set... 😒 I was tired 🤢🤪 And it’s only 135 lbs but this was harder than it looks!
