Let’s get REAL. I workout 6 days a week. I eat clean. I follow proper nutrition. And when I pose, my leg looks awesome. But when I scrunch and squeeze, the cellulite from below shows. . Our bodies are NOT perfect. There are angles and poses that make us look prettier, skinnier, and more perfect and there are poses that make us look worse, heavier, and less than perfect. If you are hungry eat! I have had people tell me that they tried to be vegan but were hungry all of the time. To that I say, EAT!! You may need to eat more food than you are used to, especially in the beginning. The plant food you eat usually has a lot fewer calories than that of meat, eggs and dairy. Starting off the week right with an early healthy dinner supplied by @making_dinner_simple She prepped the chicken, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. All I had to do was pop it in the oven and make some steamed veggies for my side. And viola!!!! I also made some turkey meatloaf she prepared for me for the week! Food will be so easy this week. I’ll tell you what: making it compliant with your favorite clean eating diet du jour. Enter this delicious treat, into my mouth and down to my belly. • whatsonmyplate 🍽: cook on stovetop over med heat in 1Tbsp @fourthandheart garlic ghee: 1/2 small diced onion and a few diced 🍄 mushrooms (+s+p). When cooked through, combine with about 2Tbsp @kitehillfoods almond milk + chive ‘cream cheese’ 🧀. Butterfly 🦋 and pound organic chicken 🍗 breasts (I defrosted tenders this morning, so these are a bit small); stuff with mixture, and roll each breast in 1.5 strips of bacon 🥓. Bake at 350 for 1hr. Topped with fresh chives 🌱. Side of steamed broccoli 🥦 with some @tessemaes ranch. • If you do dairy/cheese (keto folks): use real shredded or cream cheese. If you are actively doing whole 30 and follow the ‘I’m not allowed to sub noncompliant foods with similar foods made with compliant ingredients’, you can’t eat this. Almond milk cream cheese is neither cheese, nor dairy, (and Kite Hill does use compliant ingredients), but it breaks the rule. You can leave out the cream cheese. • Here’s to the week ahead! 🥂
