Ingredients for 12 balls: 2 T honey, 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal, 2/3 cup peanut butter, 1 cup coconut flakes, 1/2 cup of protein powder, 1/2 cup flaxseeds, 1/2 sugar free or semi sweet chocolate chips 1️⃣ Mix all ingredients together 2️⃣ Leave in fridge for 15-30min 3️⃣ Roll into balls 4️⃣ Enjoy or leave more time in fridge nfithealthcoach lifestyle exercise proteintreats

Been running Push, Pull, Legs for a few months now, and yes the increased frequency has brought results. However, due to both my chest and shoulders being an evident weakness of mine pairing them on one day is far from optimal. So for the next few weeks and potentially for the foreseeable future I'm going to run a 4 day cycle of: Chest and Triceps, Back and Rear Delts, Shoulders and Arms, Legs! ! Chest: 1. Incline DB Press - 3 warm up sets, 4 working sets of 8. Last set double dropset. 1 AMRAP set. ------ 2. Incline Smith Machine Press - building up in sets of 8 until failure. 2 rest-pause sets with that weight. 5 negative reps to finish last set. ------ 3. Cable Crossovers - 4 sets of 12 (decline focus, pulling handle from high to waist). Last set dropset. ------ Triceps: 1. Straight Bar Pressdowns - 5 sets of 12. Last set double dropset. ------ 2.
