This week is quite out of routine for me with my husband's birthday tomorrow and a birthday dinner on Wednesday evening. Then Australia Day on Thursday and then it's Friday!? So I decided to start @sinead_disaya's Sweat. Believe. Roar guide next week and do a random assortment of workouts this week. Tonight I did week 3 Full Body of #bbg1 as it is week three of @kayla_itsines's 12 week challenge but I did Sinead's mobilisers and glute activation before it. Wowsers really sweating after that one! Burpees never get easier! . On Thursday I think I'll climb Mt Timbergargan with friends. So happy it's the weekend. Are you happy too, lovelies? These last days have been so full I was hardly able to complete my regular things because all happens so quickly. If you find a way to multiplicate time, let me know! Would really need some extra hours every day to catch up with everything. 😅 But until then all I can do is prioritize things, no other solution. And of course for this girl keeping fit and pursuing her fitness goals is one of top priorities. Yesterday I took a day off ig but I've had a great ab workout followed by skipping HIIT ( #activelyskipping). This is my #postworkoutselfie. Today I'm about to do my foam rolling, LISS and maybe sprints HIIT. But the truth is I'd love to go to sleep right now...😂 ok, I won't. Let's keep on moving! 👊🏼

Three years post baby and this #mombod wore my first bikini in the pool tonight. I decided that no matter what this summer I will wear a bikini, I will smile and I will love these stretch marks. ✨Long read but worth it✨ It's crazy looking back at these pictures and seeing how much I changed physically and mentally. Life is a journey, we are all on our own paths. We choose where and what we want to do in our lives. This old person in these photos was someone who lacked a lot of confidence and had low self esteem. Even though I smiled in these photos it wasn't how I truly felt inside. I wasn't happy. Something was always missing. I felt empty and not complete. My weight and body fat fluctuated though my journey. In 2006 I was my heaviest at 232 lbs and in 2009 unhealthiest at 130 lbs. Today, I am living in this body that I always knew I wanted. I'm able to be my true self without hiding inside. Without the help of my 12 family. I wouldn't be at the fitness level I am today. 6 months ago I was gifted our 12 week nutrition program with Nikki Boyd. She changed my life. I was 165 lbs and 22% bf when I join The 12 team. Today I am 145 lbs and 14% bf. I am sharing my story/journey with all of you because I know everyone has a story/journey. What's yours? Share with me and others I am now doing what I love and it's aligned with my life's purpose. I'm here to serve others. I'm giving back to all the members and personal clients my love, dedication, motivation, help, support and so much more. I want everyone to know I do what I do everyday for all of you.
