DAY 3 of KAPAOHITS30 ! Worked on full body and definitely felt it! These workouts may not look like much but try doing 2-3 rounds of each (Karla 25lb kettlebells, Paolo-35lbs), add in 2 min planks/as many push-ups in between and a 20-30 min cardio sesh in the end and trust me, YOU WILL FEEL IT. Sadly our partner workouts aren’t seen in this video, still gotta figure out a way to record them 🤔 but yeah, what have you done today to challenge yourself?? 😉 it’s never too late to start!
