Shoulder day... The third most preferred day of the workout-week. 👀. . . Shoulder press 4x(6-8)⚡ Lateral raise 4x(10-12) Front raise 4x(10-12) . . I've had a weak shoulder for quite some time now and I used to find it challenging to warm up sufficiently on days I'd perform complex movements so my shoulder workouts would suffer as a result. However, I've managed to find that resistance based warm-ups give me the best results and have increased my performance in the shoulder gains.👌 . . Skipping burns about 10 calories a minute. For me it's not a replacement for cardio but I do skip rope prior to my workouts but it does help. It's also a good way to warm up the entire body.
