calisthenics and bodyweighttraining are my new foundation for training.... the past little while I've been mostly focusing on bodyweight exercises, core , high intensity intervals And stretching.... my workouts are harder and more intense than the workouts I'd normally do at the gym... getting stronger, getting better pumps, more flexible and feeling way healthier!

She is crazy about hockey! She wants to skate and play hockey everyday... She is one of the most persistent people I know. When she wants something she doesn't give up... we were at public skating and she was trying to run drills and when we got home she asked to play road hockey! She's improved so much and just gets better everyday. It's gonna be a fun season!

I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks but I have been getting some great workouts in at home... today I did 4 rounds of pull ups, chin ups, dips, squat jumps, push ups, crunches, burpees and skipping for my warm-up... then I did a lighter weight shoulder workout using rest/pause training and got a great pump... then finished off with some core and hand stands....about to eat some fats and protein. Loving this cyclical ketogenic diet. It's all about simplicity and consistency!

4 weeks into my fitness "transformation"... I'm feeling stronger, I'm more flexible and getting closer to the other athletic goals I set for myself..... I've cycled carbs for years and just recently decided to try a ketogenic diet.. I had some questions about it that I couldn't find answers to so I thought I'd give it a try for the remaining 4 weeks of my transformation... it's only been 4 days and i noticed I wasn't looking as "full" without the carbs and felt a little weak so I upped my calories to see what happens. I'm definitely feeling the results over the past 4 weeks

Today I hit some legs and a little shoulders. I didn't have much time to spend in the gym so it was all about the supersets and getting as much out of the little time I had. I burned over 700 calories in 50 minutes... you don't need to spend hours in the gym. Just keep moving and give it your all in the time you have... Front squats / standing shoulder press x 4 Leg press / side raises x 5 Step ups / front raises x 5 Leg extensions / leg curls / 1min sprint on spin bike x 5 Clean and press x 4 Row 1500 meters

2 weeks into my transformation and the only difference is I have less hair on my head and more on my chest! I may have been a little relaxed on the training and nutrition over the 4 day weekend. All joking aside, it's hard to notice the week to week changes but I can definitely see that I'm leaner than I was in my first picture. Im Still eating an average of 3000 calories a day and cycling my carbs and calories throughout the week and I'm right on track with the goals I set for my 8 week "transformation". Today's workout was calisthenics, light weights, suspension training, and my HIIT was MMA based...

One week of my 8 week "transformation" down... my transformation is a little different. I'm not necessarily looking for a completely "aesthetic" transformation.. I have a different set of goals to achieve in the 8 weeks.. More athletic... I'm focusing more on calisthenics, flexibility, mobility, endurance, and strength....I've set a few goals for myself, so we'll see if I hit them in the 8 weeks

Trying to work on my "pull up" game.... started with weighted pull ups, then body weight, then 2 different resistance bands and finished with jumping pull ups... I did 3 sets of each to failure before I continued on working the rest of my back....back and biceps are fried!
