Lifting weight and cardio are great for sports, CrossFit and bootcamp. Without flexibility your performance will suffer, and will have increased risk of injury just look at Yoenis Cespedes or Tiger Woods. 1️⃣Using stretches can increase range of motion for runners. Enable more power when a golfer 🏌️ drives the ball.
