I love transformations because if done right they will completely change a persons perspective in my opinion. I love Rachel's T. s transformation because I didn't have to tell her to put in the work, she decided that it was her form of self love and she did it consistently over a number of month. You can't put a number on transformation because it is MUCH MORE than that. It is: ✅Better health ✅Self value ✅Taking control of your life ✅Feeling good ✅Accomplishing more ✅Encouragement to others And list goes on. Completely unrelated to fitness but maybe not!! Never saw something like this while driving on a hwy (was exiting) and it made me think: what was the last exhilarating thing I did in life where I overcame my FEAR and one of those things was fly in a helicopter but that was a loooong time ago. I am impressed seeing the tightness in my legs and glutes more than anything in these videos. We have come along way while eating 175 grams of carbs each day! Yup! Can't wait to see what's in store the next 6 months. Yesterday's workout consisted of medium range weight on prime moves like chest and OHP. Vegan dinner tonight rocked! Even Sam loves the baked tofu! The trick with tofu is to get the firmest kind and pat dry it from all angles, then you need a flavorful not too fatty marinade so that it absorbs all those flavors, i.e. Broths, aminos, soy etc. We paired it with a black bean burger from the thrive cookbook. Dan made those yesterday and we just had to briefly sauté in cast iron skillet. Broiled zucchini as the veggie. I add pam, roasted garlic powder, some sea salt, pepper and Italian herbs. dinner vegan

Some mornings when I want to keep carbs lower I do wraps for breakfast not on my thighs haha!!! I wanted to save more carbs for my date night today. iifym or flexible nutrition was explained to me like this: it's strict but not restricted. I love that! If you train you will soon realize that food is fuel and the better you want to feel and succeed that better you fuel.

Done ✅! Was nervous today cause I had to chest press 100lbs. It wasn't bad but certainly needs a lil more adjusting .. time, adaptation and strength. Btw, as I was leaving I saw two men pressing less than that so I gave myself a lil pay on the back. 😬chest heavylifting

I put 35 lbs more on the bar and really had a hard time with form until afterwards I realized the mistake. Set 2 and 3 were at 170x3 deadlift
