And here is yesterday's gluten-free rhubarb and almond frangipane tart. The video of the process is still live on Stories. Many asked if I have a recipe. It's an adaptation of a pear and hazelnut frangipane recipe that is on my blog with a little bit of almond crumble on the sides. And in all honesty, I hardly have recipes for everything. Many times I take basic recipes and make things as I go along. The beauty of cooking. 🙌🏻✨

I have no words to describe the last week I have had in my homeland with jelliottblake iamjutley & genevievempierson . We dug deep into history, family dynamics, how that influences the way I have used cooking to relate to others.... We have eaten our fair share of pintxos and drank enough txakoli.
