Most if us don’t breath correctly due to sedentary habits. Sitting slumped over computers and phones and if you don’t breath right throughout the day you won’t when you go running. Learning to locate and use your diaphragm when breathing is so important so stop using the upper third if your chest and start belly breathing. This also stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system and helps cut off the stress hormones and to calm you down and it’s the best sleeping aid as well. Breath deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth. By nose breathing you strengthen the connection to the diaphragm.
