Running/Cycling/Working out is honestly the best medicine for me. Life gets crazy. We get busy. Stress builds up but one thing is when I get out here I let it all out... even cry and there is nothing wrong with that... then I brush it off and tackle the day..the next trial with strength. Those Endorphins!!! I'm not where I want to be physically BUT emotionally I have never felt better -I will reach my goals. Shout out to @training4mylife I began a 10 day challenge with her after my picture on left and then a 30 day challenge. She taught me proper nutrition and the workout routines I was given have given me that push- plus drive to continue my journey. Oh it was all werk and I had to do something I had not done in awhile -Place myself first. Thank you for your motivation and support. I thank God for you. The scale is just a number. I don't like to weight myself I go by how my clothes feels and overall how I feel. Left is April 2016 and the right is this week. The left I'm at 168lbs and the right 167... inches from waist I have lost and my endurance is alllll the way up when I'm working out. Today's workout: 6 miles of cycling - Super 6 workout with 40 lb bar. In between each exercise 10 push-ups and 20 mountain climbers.
