This is my idea of “health food". Simple roasted salmon paired with turnips, celery, and bulgur. Packed full of flavor, lots of good fats, and nicely balanced with lemon for tang, raisins for sweetness, and parsley for brightness. Hey guys, @nappleman taking over the BA feed for the day. When I am not cooking at home with my son Oliver, I am overseeing menu development at Chipotle as their director of culinary. I also travel a ton and take inspiration from the road. What we've got here is a go-to breakfast for me, inspired by traveling through Turkey. We’ve got yellow plums, Turkish isot pepper, honey, sesame, amaranth, yogurt, and extra virgin olive oil. It’s an amazing combination of perfectly ripe fruit (you can swap in whatever you have on hand!) with creamy, crunchy, sweet, and spicy deliciousness.
