Hello everybody! ❤️ I just finished my workout this ☀️☀️. The past week I've been feeling down a bit because i haven't been going to the gym as often. 😞 i have been also not eating as healthy as i should. but ITS OKAY! this is just a reminder that it's always good to give your body a rest. OKAY EVERYONE! ❤️ These are my results, day 1, 3, and 5! I definitely feelgood about the results. Also I'm really proud of myself for sticking to this diet for 5 days LOL. It was super rough......😞😞 I was supposed to do it for a week but i was starting to feel weak. @cavekitty1012 made a good point, because if you lack electrolytes it can really throw you off! However, i feel completely detoxed and my insulin sensitivity reset! This improves my ability to store carbs as muscle glycogen instead of fat! So i'm so glad it's over and i can return to regular food! I wouldn't suggest doing it for more than a week. SO today marks the first day i start this shock diet . I feel like i've been stuck and my body hasn't progressed. I decided to 'shock' my body by drinking two gallons of water and eating unlimited broccoli and tuna/turkey for three days! Then I taper to one gallon and a little fattier protein like 🐮🐔 for the rest of the week! apparently it shocks/cleanses your body, basically resetting your metabolism and increasing insulin sensitivity! GOOD MORNING ☀️☀️☀️so Please excuse my whysoserious lifting faces!!! 😳😣😬let's talk about the difference between incline and flat chest press! ❤️ The standard bench press targets the upper and lower pecs, triceps, and anterior deltoids. 🏋🏻‍♀️So when you lift heavy, it will definitely build more much mass over the entire pec compared to the incline. 💪💪💪Although the incline press does target both pecs, it engages the upper pectoral muscles and anterior deltoids more depending on the angle of incline! The more you incline the exercise will target the shoulders more than the chest so be careful⚠️⚠️! Happy Thursday everyone! Omg today was awful. The A/C at work wasn't working, and it was literally 94 degrees in the office!!!! 😵😵 After work, I literally walked 7,000 steps so I decided to just hit my step goal. But I hit all my goals 😏😏!! I felt so accomplished 🤗🤗 and even though sweating feels gross, there are benefits. Such as fighting germs, protecting our kidneys, and some studies have shown sweating has can promote wound healing! It also increases your endorphin levels which explains why i was so happy !!! Hi guys! Recently Ive been really stressed, so i've been eating lots of no good food!! 😞😞😞 hmph After working out today, I decided to try a wheatgrass shot and i was surprised by all its benefits! Yay its transformationtuesday and this is a completely embarrassing but totally necessary post! Ok, I know what you guys are all thinking. Where's MY JAWLINE !?!? 🤣🤣 So the left picture was me when I graduated two years ago and the right is me today. Aside from how I physically look, I've made a lot of changes since then. First of all, I learned there is no such thing as exercises to lose facial fat. It's about your overall body fat percentage. Instead of focusing my energy on my face, I made a whole lifestyle change! I focused on cardio cycling fatburning any cardiovascular exercises. Even resistance and strength training , I just tried to burn as many calories as I could. Secondly, I really had to change my diet. I was literally eating junk 🎂🍮🍩🍭🍪🍫🍿🍺🥃🥂🍦Yes, sometimes dieting is no fun, but you don't have to eat only salads. 🥗🥗🥗 Just make sure you get the appropriate amount of veggies 🥒🥕🌰🍠and protein 🥚🍗in your body. It's flexfriday 💪💪I missed tbt 😞😅 but throwback to when we went to playadelcarmen ❤️❤️We drove an atv , snorkeled with 🐢🐟🐠🐬 , went ziplining , and relaxed. It was a nice getaway ! GOODMORNING!! ☀️☀️I get to start work at 12 today! Such a relief since usually I'm out the door by 4:45 am. 🤗🤗 Before I head to the gym, I made myself a matcha banana proteinshake 🙏 So yummy. I love using my vega proteinpowder @vega_team The protein&greens has 20 g of protein and 2 servings of greens for each scoop. AND matcha is my favorite because of all its benefits. Today I had the day off, and all I wanted to do was snooze . 😴😴😴 BUT I know I gotta keepgrinding . So i got my 🍑 out of bed and did some fasted cardio . Shoutout to @fitbit for the charge2. It was a gift from my lovaaa and it's honestly the best thing ever! Holds me accountable and it feels good knowing the amount of work I put in. ❤️❤️ Honestly, I felt super great to get the day started with a workout. Especially before it got too hot 🔥🔥My bae and I weren't really feeling the heat so we went to get a refreshing snack: fruit with tajin 🙃 ugh so yummy! Now that we're back from bigbear , we wanted to get backontrack ! ❤️❤️ So we decided to have a chest and abs day! Here are some of our exercises , we tried to squeeze compound exercises to engage both chest and core ! 🏋🏻‍♀️ 3 sets of 12 reps - pushups and pikes . Remember to engage your abs and point your toes . Try holding the pike for 3 seconds, you guys will really feeltheburn 🔥🔥🔥. 🏋🏻‍♀️ 3 sets of 12 reps - iso chestpress . ( I will talk about iso exercises in the future 🤗🤗) 🏋🏻‍♀️ 3 sets of 12 reps - and leglifts . Again keep toes pointed and flex your abs! 🏋🏻‍♀️ 3 sets of 12 reps - inclined benchpress .
