Final WOD - 10 rounds x 15m front rack carry (100kg), 10 push-ups, 15 air squats. This surprised me a bit. The hardest part was the push-ups 💪! I made the mistake of turning the same way around the cone every time, one side of my abs are now 🔥🤙

There are heaps of videos on Instagram of people making gymnastic skills look easy... they're not!!!! Remember if you fall, get back up and try again. It's not your success that defines but how you deal with failure 🤘... I am still way off mastering Handstand Walks but am getting better everyday!!! Mini goals have grown from handstand holds against the wall to 2m to 5m, now going for consistency!!! ✊️

Eight months ago I was publicly defeated by double unders at affiliatecup2016 . On reflection I had no one to blame but myself, I hated them so avoided practicing them preferring the comfort of singles... Not this time!!! After many sessions and hours of practice I now look forward to seeing them... Identify your weaknesses and practice them relentlessly!!!!
